LSCM Logistics Summit 2024

The logistics sector faces increasing pressure to adopt sustainable practices aligned with ESG principles, focusing on minimizing waste and promoting a circular economy.

We welcomed HKSAR Secretary for Innovation, Technology and Industry, Professor Sun Dong, and CEO of LSCM, Mr. Simon Wong, to our booth, showcasing the GreenBird solution—our smart waste management system. We demonstrated its capability to measure and track recyclable data at the source and highlighted three key modules to enhance ESG performance. Many participants visited our booth, resulting in several inquiries.

DynaSys’ GreenBird system will be featured at the New Immigration Department Headquarter in Tseung Kwan O

In April 2024, DynaSys is thrilled to announce that GreenBird, our Smart Waste Management System, will be featured at the New Immigration Tower in Tseung Kwan O. This venture continues our growth trajectory, building on the successful implementation at the New Inland Revenue Tower in Kai Tak in 2023. GreenBird is proudly becoming the preferred waste management solution, aligning with the HKSAR Government’s initiative for “Waste Reduction · Resources Circulation · Zero Landfill,” aimed to be achieved by 2035.

By utilizing simple mobile trolley scales, all the occupant in the New Immigration Tower can effortlessly generate a comprehensive sustainability report with accurate data. The accurate data, along with mobile access, provides decision-makers with a clear understanding of existing waste management gaps. This enables the development of effective practices aimed at reducing waste sent to landfills and achieving sustainable goal.

Nan Fung Group has extended the adoption of Greenbird solutions

Nan Fung Group has extended the adoption of Greenbird solutions from shopping malls and commercial buildings to residential sites under its property management. DynaSys Solutions’ GreenBird, the smart waste management system, takes pride in supporting Nan Fung Group’s endeavours by implementing GreenBird across four residential sites: Hong Kong Island, Kowloon Island, New Territories, and Lantau Island.

Our smart solution enables Nan Fung to collect waste weight data for different waste types, including recyclables, from these diverse residential locations at the source. This data is then transferred to the Cloud database for further analysis. Through the benchmarking module in the system, Nan Fung’s property management team can measure the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each site in waste management. These valuable insights facilitate strategic decisions, empowering Nan Fung in effectively achieving its ESG goals.

GreenBird platform is adopted by Inland Revenue Department at Kai Tak

The Inland Revenue Department at Kai Tak has recently adopted the innovative GreenBird platform, which utilizes advanced green technology. With GreenBird’s assistance, the department can efficiently collect and track data on waste weight and types. This data is then used to generate comprehensive waste reports, enabling the development of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to reduce waste and minimize the department’s carbon footprint.

This initiative has demonstrated the department’s commitment to a more sustainable future, showcasing the enormous potential of effective waste management practices.

Nan Fung Group, ‘The Mills’ is committed to achieve its sustainability goals through GreenBird

Nan Fung Group’s landmark revitalization project, “The Mills” is devoted to achieving its sustainability goals through the implementation of Green Technology solutions, GreenBird. It enables the measurement and collection of data on waste and recyclables generated by tenants at “The Mills”. This data is used to establish a fair charge scale and align with the project’s purposes. By leveraging GreenBird, “The Mills” is not only able to achieve its sustainability goals but also make significant improvements towards a circular economy, all while saving costs. GreenBird has proven to be an effective and innovative way to meet the challenges of sustainable development.
